If you would like to become a member of Yelverton Golf Club please fill in the Application Form below and a member of our Office Team will be in contact with you.
To become a member of YGC there is a £300 joining fee.
For new members joining between 3rd June and 31st July 2026 the full joining fee will be credited to the members club card.
The joining fee does not apply to Social or Junior Memberships.
YGC membership runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Monthly payment options are available with our Full, Senior, Joint Full, Intermediate and Radius Memberships, this is paid for over a 12-month period.
*In addition to the fee stated above, the following charges are added:
£10 Devon County Fee / £12.00 England Golf Fee / £5.00 Insurance Fee
(Ages 11 and under do not get charged the £10 Devon County Fee)
£100 Bar Levy (excludes Junior & Social)
Once the Bar Levy is paid as part of your bill, this money will be automatically credited onto your Members Club Card for you to spend across the club.
Flexible Membership
The Flexible membership category is for members who do not have enough spare time to get the most out of Full Membership but want to be able to play our amazing moorland course and still get the benefits that being a member offers (discounted food & drinks, online tee bookings, competitions, official handicap…). Ladies Golf Academy Membership
Our new Ladies Golf Academy Membership is designed to introduce and encourage ladies, with no previous golf or golf membership experience, to embark on their golfing journey at Yelverton Golf Club.
The Academy Membership runs from July 2026 to 31st March 2027 and is perfect for beginners who wish to take up the sport in a supportive and friendly environment.
The membership fee is £250 plus affiliation and insurance fees of £27 (there is no joining fee). The membership category includes:-
- Members discount in our bar and restaurant (10%)
- Full use of clubhouse and facilities including the ladies locker-room
- Full use of all our practice areas including driving range, chipping area and putting green
- Optional expert coaching with one of our qualified PGA Professionals
- Opportunities to play casual and competitive golf on our 9 hole short course and 18 hole main course.
- Members have full access to the HowDidIDo (HDiD) app for casual booking.
- Members will have the opportunity to obtain a handicap as per the regulations associated with the World Handicap System (WHS).
- Members are restricted to casual golf during the following days and hours:- Monday, Thursday & Sundays after 1pm only. If members wish to play outside these hours then a £15 per person per round fee is applicable (Payable on the day in the Pro-Shop).
The Ladies Golf Academy provides a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment to help you learn at your own pace.
